Peppajoy Damaged Shipment & Replacement Policy


At Peppajoy, we take great care in packaging every order. If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we are committed to making it right.


Damaged Bottles
If one or more bottles arrive broken, leaking, or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of
delivery.
To process your claim, you must provide:
• Your order number
• Your full name and contact information
• Clear photographs of the damaged bottle(s)
• A photograph of the shipping box and packaging materials, if available
Photos help us verify shipping damage and improve our packaging and shipping processes.


Replacement Process
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, Peppajoy will replace the damaged bottle(s)
at no additional cost to you.
Replacement shipments will typically be processed within 3–5 business days after claim
approval.

Important Notes
• Claims submitted without photographs may be denied.
• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Peppajoy reserves the right to request additional information regarding any damage claim.
• Refunds are generally not issued for shipping damage; approved claims will be replaced with the same product purchased, subject to availability.
